Born and raised near Buffalo, NY, Denzien's recording
life really began when he got a tape recorder as a gift from his
parents. It didn't take long for him to master the device recording
everything in is audio field. At sixteen he began writing songs and
recording them with his best friends.
His music career took further root in the high school
chorus room. Encouraged by his vocal teacher songs began to fill his
notebooks. At college he majored in religion, philosophy and psychology
- and even more song writing and recording. His entire senior year was
spent writing & recording at a New York State recording program. A year
earlier he started a songwriter creative group in his college town which
rotated meetings in area recording studios.
As opportunities presented he would perform solo -
leading him gig by gig to a solitary life on the road.
